Job Summary

As a Bartender at Star Cinema Grill, you’ll create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting high‑quality cocktails and beverages. Bartenders engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized bar, and work alongside the service team to deliver a seamless dining and entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Full bar service, including wine, beer and craft cocktails
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Nurture a positive guest experience
• Check guest identification and adhere to state regulations for food and beverage service
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate charges and correct change
• Maintain a clean work space
• Maintain daily prep lists

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lb., and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces
• Customer‑service focused and solution oriented
• Enjoy and succeed in a fast‑paced work environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations
