Job Summary

As a Bartender at Star Cinema Grill, you’ll create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages. Bartenders engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized bar, and work alongside the service team to deliver a seamless dining and entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide full bar service, including wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Assess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Nurture a positive guest experience.
• Check guest identification and adhere to state regulations for food and beverage service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate charges and returning correct change.
• Maintain a clean workspace and daily prep lists.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant.
• Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb, or work in confined spaces.
• Customer service focused and solution oriented.
• Enjoy and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Food handler's card may be required according to local or state regulations.
