Your role as a valued bartender and Crystal Bees team member is to provide an exceptional experience to our guests. You will ensure that all guests have a memorable drinking, dining, and entertainment experience through your knowledge, salesmanship, and genuine hospitality.

- Follow the Crystal Bees service model, follow the 5 Ft. rule.
- Promptly keep service managers fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action.
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Adhere to company’s sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
- Dress in proper dress code requirements, non-slip shoes, look neat, clean, and professional at all times. All uniforms should be pressed, all team members may have guest contact and need to put forth their best appearance.
- Follow all time clock standards. Punch in/punch out in full uniform.
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change, and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change.
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests, bring any issues to attention of Manager.
- Affirm guest demeanor and identify when behavior should be called to the attention of a Manager.
- Serve guests primarily in Dantes Bar, Crystal Bowl areas, including game, billiard, and VIP areas if asked or needed.
- Follow all bar recipes to deliver a consistent product, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Keep station clean, stocked, bar is presentable at all times to the Crystal Bees standard, clean as you go.
- Greet newly seated guests in a friendly, genuine, and timely manner, and bid a genuine farewell to guests leaving, ask about the experience, if not so good, attempt to have guest to manager.
- Accurately take guests’ food and drink orders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and be able to answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation.
- Enter orders into POS quickly and in proper sequence, using appropriate modifications and charges.
- Ensure food is properly garnished and delivered to designated tables, servers own section, as well as other sections in the restaurant, as needed.
- Work quickly and efficiently adhering to “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy.
- Assist in party setup and breakdown when requested or assigned to party.
- Assist other team members as needed or as business dictates. Buss and reset bar & tables as needed in a very timely manner.
- Responsible for all sales on personal POS keys and complete station side work at the beginning and end of their shift.
- Stay up to date on all ongoing training, industry standards, and best practices.
- Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand.
- Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control, while maximizing the guest experience.
- Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to the guests’ needs in a timely manner.
- Keep station clean, set up and take down station tables appropriately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all outside vendors and Crystal Bees team members to foster and promote a cooperative, productive, effective, and harmonious working climate.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write English handwritten notes.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds or over 30 with assistance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of bar service and food service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay
$15 - $20 per hour based on experience.
