Bartender

Join us on picturesque Marblehead Harbor where you will work with an awesome team and wonderful club members! We are hiring experienced bartenders for the 2026 season from April to November.

About the role

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, energetic, and possess a passion for exceeding member expectations. We have full and part-time positions available. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Consistent friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service with a smile
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
• Reliability to support the team for all scheduled shifts
• Adhere to local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Ability to work a minimum of three (3) shifts per week including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Knowledgeable of standard drink recipes

Requirements

• Must be T.I.P.S or ServSafe Alcohol certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay

$7.30 - $8.25+, depending on experience

Schedule

Seasonal position from April to November. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.
