Bartender

About the role

We are hiring experienced bartenders for the 2026 season (April–November) in picturesque Marblehead Harbor. Full- and part-time positions are available; weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service with a smile
• Communicate effectively and deliver excellent hospitality to members and guests
• Maintain reliability by supporting the team across all scheduled shifts
• Adhere to local and state laws plus the club’s policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages
• Work a minimum of three (3) shifts per week, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Prepare and serve standard drink recipes accurately

Requirements

• Must be T.I.P.S. or ServSafe Alcohol certified
• At least 18 years of age

Pay

$7.30 – $8.25+ per hour, depending on experience.
