Bartender

What You'll Do

• Crafting and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages
• Taking food and beverage orders while providing attentive, friendly service
• Recommending menu items and promoting featured drinks and specials
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Preparing garnishes and ensuring presentation meets resort standards
• Handling guest payments accurately
• Following responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety standards
• Working closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience (1–3 months preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills and cash-handling ability
• Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Eager to learn and grow

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent reaching, bending, and lifting up to 20 pounds
• Working in a lively restaurant and bar environment
