Bartender

About the role

The Clubhouse Manager is seeking part-time, reduced full-time, and full-time F&B Team Members to join their service team at Charlotte City Club in Uptown Charlotte.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of duties within the F&B department
• Work on various shifts including:
• Tuesday - Friday: 7:30am-10pm
• Saturday: 5pm-11pm
• Sunday: 10:30am-4pm
• Monday: CLOSED
• May be subject to change based on member needs

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender, and/or server preferred but not required - training provided to the right candidate
• Open availability to work current days and hours of operation
• Energetic, hardworking, positive attitude

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple stations
• Knowledge of bar management systems

Pay

• $18/hr during training
• Upon completion of training, $13/hr base pay with a 20% service charge based on total sales worked for the week
