Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to Canyon Ranch recipes and service standards.
• Deliver personalized, attentive service while creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, working closely with the restaurant team to ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations and accommodate guest preferences whenever possible.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and communicate supply needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and Forbes Five‑Star standards.
• Support a professional, team‑oriented environment that reflects Canyon Ranch's commitment to luxury hospitality and wellness.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality with effective communication skills for a variety of guests.
• Part‑time and full‑time positions available with flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1–2 years of experience in bartending in a luxury resort or hospitality environment preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lb and remain active throughout shifts.

Pay

The pay rate for this position starts at $20.67 per hour. Compensation may consider factors such as skill sets, experience and training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
