Bartender

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members
• Demonstrate resiliency to manage difficult situations in all types of business conditions
• Take beverage orders from guests, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and Team Members
• Stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors
• Backup restaurant servers and help seat guests and take food orders if necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
