You’ll craft fresh-squeezed margaritas and cocktails, guide guests through our tequila, spirits, beer, and wine selections, and create an experience that feels personal—even during the busiest shifts.As a member of the opening team, you’ll participate in comprehensive training covering our food and beverage menus, recipes, service standards, systems, and bar program. Experience matters, but curiosity, humility, effort, and the way you care for others matter just as much.What You’ll DoWelcome bar guests with genuine warmth and hospitalityPrepare margaritas, cocktails, beer, and wine accurately and consistentlyFollow established recipes, measurements, presentation standards, and responsible-pouring practicesDevelop strong knowledge of tequila, spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and the Savina’s food menuGuide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendationsProvide attentive, well-paced bar and dining servicePrepare beverages efficiently for both bar guests and the dining roomVerify identification and follow responsible-alcohol-service standardsAccurately enter orders, process payments, and use the restaurant’s point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean, organized, stocked, and service-ready barComplete opening, closing, restocking, and assigned side workCommunicate clearly with Servers, support staff, managers, and the culinary teamRemain composed, accurate, and hospitable during high-volume serviceSupport your teammates and contribute to a positive opening-team cultureWhat We’re Looking ForApproximately two years of bartending experience in a similar high-volume, full-service restaurant is preferredWeekend and scheduled pre-opening training availabilityWorking knowledge of cocktails, spirits, tequila, beer, and wineA warm, professional, and outgoing presenceStrong communication and organizational skillsThe ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or hospitalityAttention to detail and commitment to recipe consistencyA clean, organized approach to bar setup and executionA team-first mindset and willingness to receive coachingThe ability to obtain required food-safety and responsible-alcohol-service certifications within the designated timeframePhysical RequirementsWith or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to:Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shiftFrequently bend, reach, carry, and move throughout the bar and restaurantSafely handle glassware, bar tools, beverages, ice, and other items commonly used during serviceWork indoors and outdoors in varying temperaturesCommunicate effectively with guests and team members in a busy restaurant environmentPerform the essential responsibilities of the position during shifts generally lasting six to eight hoursReady to Apply?We’d love to meet you.
