Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up bars prior to events including checking inventory and properly stocking products
• Provide excellent customer service during events by serving patrons at bars
• Receive payment and accurately dispense change
• Perform inventory and match receipts with product sold
• Follow Company and State rules governing safe alcohol service
• Participate in sales programs and customer service goals with enthusiasm
• Continually keep work area neat, clean, and organized
• Affiliate with training new bartenders
• Attend department meetings if needed
• Perform related duties as required

Job Qualifications

• Formal training in bartending related field, or two to three years of experience in the hospitality industry
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
