About the role

A Bartender at Blue Moon Pizza must be fun, outgoing, enthusiastic, and willing to go out of their way to please the guests, while always displaying genuine hospitality and caring.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the food and bar menus, as well as methods of preparation of items, including cocktail recipes and proper pouring techniques.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Make connections with guests, offer menu suggestions, understand and explain the menu and preparations of items.
• Craft a wide range of beverages while creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
• Support other members of the team.

Requirements

• Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
• Responsible alcohol service.
• Inventory management.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Ability to obtain an Alcohol Serving Permit in applicable counties/cities.
