Bartender

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at our Richland, WA location. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all drinks are made to perfection and that the bar area is clean and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise
• Work effectively with the management team to ensure that all drinks are made to perfection and that the bar area is running smoothly

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to create new recipes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Nice to Have

• Certification in mixology or a related field
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including ability to make recommendations to customers
