The Bartender

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and servicing beverages to our guests in a quick, efficient, friendly, and professional manner. Ensure that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, other responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar area, processing payments, and taking inventory of the bar.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Awareness Card Required.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of the brands of beer, wine and liquors being offered for consumption.
• Know the ingredients to cocktails and specialty drinks, the garnishes they require, the proper glassware for them.
• Continuously watch for signs of intoxication for the protection and enjoyment of all guests.
• Ability to bend, lift or carry goods weighing up to 50lbs on a continuous schedule.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and awkward positions, requiring standing, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and reaching overhead for extended periods of time.
• Manual dexterity of hand in order to use corkscrew, knives, and ice scoop.
