Bartender

Bartender Functions

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional, friendly manner, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and report shortages.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly.
• Provide beverage recommendations based on knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails.
• Absorb and break down bar service areas for events or regular service.
• Follow Aronimink's guidelines on responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless member dining experience.

Essential Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• RAMP Certified preferred, but not required.
• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, country club, or high-end hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
