Responsibilities

• Maintain classic cocktail knowledge and make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Plan and inform customers about new beverages and specials.
• Select, mix, garnish, and serve beverages to customers.
• Verify customers' ages to comply with alcohol laws.
• Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the bar and tables well-stocked.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality regulations.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and provide correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning tables, washing glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Develop new cocktail recipes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to recommend them.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
