Job Description

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a dynamic and friendly individual to join our team as an Applebee's Bartender. This position offers a unique blend of fun, flexibility, and growth opportunities.

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure the best drink experience for both staff and customers.
• Work closely with servers to deliver exceptional service and create a memorable dining experience.
• Be friendly and communicative with both staff and customers, ensuring smooth interactions.
• Ensure compliance with physical standards, including lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Communicate clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.

Physical Standards

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business).
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
