Responsibilities

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver the best drink possible to both staff and customers
• Create a great bar experience

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law)
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to making an impact

Qualifications

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
• Safety to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and the kitchen about 30 times per shift (depending on flow of business)
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Wear protective hand coverings, disinfectant cleaning supplies, protective face coverings/masks, and wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift

About the Role

This role blends a fun and exciting environment, flexible work schedule, and opportunities for growth. As an Applebee's Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!
