Bartender

Job Description

Flynn Applebee's is seeking a dynamic and friendly bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring that both staff and customers receive exceptional service.

• Work closely with servers to deliver the best drink experience possible.
• Be friendly and communicative with both staff and customers.
• Create a great bar experience by making fantastic drinks according to established standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to making an impact.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length.
• Able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from various areas about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
• Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap.
