Bartender

About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Bartenders/Mixologists at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to provide a welcoming environment where you can grow professionally and personally, while helping others enjoy delicious food.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper inventory management of bar supplies.
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks and assist with special requests.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation guidelines.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous service experience is preferred but training is provided.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
