What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
- Accurately prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service
- Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Process guest payments accurately
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
- Assist with additional operational duties as needed
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous bartending experience is preferred
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Professional, positive attitude under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Typical shifts range from 4 - 8 hours
- Weekend and evening availability is strongly preferred
