Bartender

About the role

We are hiring both full time and part time bartenders. Nights and weekends are required, but flexible schedules are offered.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to serve guests effectively.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, ingredients, allergies, and 110 Grill policies.
• Provide polished service at the guest’s pace.
• Be engaging, enthusiastic, and personable to ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Maintain eye contact and presence behind the bar.
• Be a team player and assist where needed: answering the phone, seating guests, running food, completing side work.
• Willingness to perform any tasks delegated by management.
• Approach guests with enthusiasm and explain our concept for food and service.
• Complete opening and closing side work, including setting up and breaking down the dining room daily.
• Participate in running side work, which includes running food/beverage, resetting tables, and preparing product.
