Tc4 & Co. is an Austin‑owned and operated restaurant group dedicated to hard work, high standards, and notable hospitality. Led by partners Tony Ciola and Creed Ford IV, Tc4 was founded in 2011 with the opening of their first concept, The League Kitchen & Tavern. The group now owns and operates multiple award‑winning restaurants in the Austin area, including Tony C’s.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Bartenders will create classic and innovative drinks that exceed guests’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non‑alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest‑focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender.
• Computer literacy.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
• Relevant training certificate.
