Barre Instructor

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 20 participants through the Pure Barre experience.
• Teach a minimum of 5 classes per week, available during various times including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prepare diligently before each class, studying choreography and planning ahead.
• Learn and perform full choreography changes every quarter.
• Assist in maintaining the studio's cleanliness.
• Lift hand weights, demonstrate full body pushups, and maintain high energy for 50-minute classes.

• The ability and desire to build client relationships through excellent customer service.
• An active lifestyle, already living a health-centered life.
• A dependable work ethic with a natural willingness to exceed expectations.
• Confidence to energetically command a room of 20 people.
• Musicality, the ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of the music.
• A background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or a barre concept (though not required).
