Barre Instructor

About the role

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Barre Instructor to inspire and energize the members at our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe Barre instruction to members.
• Maintain the high-quality experience our members expect and love.
• Play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of classes when regular instructors are unavailable.

Requirements

• Current Barre Instructor certification required.
• Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to motivate and engage participants.
• Strong organizational skills.

Pay

Compensation: $28 - $31/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is an on-call/substitute role, perfect for flexible instructors who enjoy stepping in to lead engaging classes when our regular team members are unavailable.
