Barman / barmaid

About the role

As a Bartender at Indiana, you will report to the Assistant Managers, Managers, and Supervisors. You will be responsible for setting up everything needed to prepare drinks, making beverages for customers simultaneously while maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar: cut fruit, prepare garnishes, etc.
• Restock the bar with missing beverages
• Organize merchandise and products
• Prepare premixes
• Make drinks and cocktails according to Indiana recipes and customer orders
• Systematically clean your workspace
• Clean bar equipment at closing
• Welcome and advise customers at the bar

Requirements

• Enjoy working in a team
• Be attentive and respectful to customers and colleagues
• Ability to adapt to different situations

Beginners are welcome.
