About the role

Kitchen Kettle Village is seeking enthusiastic baristas for the Roasted Rooster. This role focuses on spreading happiness by ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and efficiently preparing quality coffee drinks and smoothies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest, maintaining high standards, and demonstrating solid product knowledge
• Create quality coffee drinks and smoothies with skill and efficiency
• Follow opening, closing, and daily operating/cleaning procedures
• Participate in daily sales promotions to pursue shop goals
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Accurately handle money transactions and interact professionally with guests
• Balance deposits against daily sales and report any overages or shortages
• Be willing to help in any department as needed (Food Service and Retail)
