BARISTA SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary

Maintains top quality products and service in the food service operation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Markseting oversight, ensuring current and appropriate signage.
• Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schedule

Full time schedules; Monday - Friday, open availability is preferred, evenings needed for events. More details upon interview.

• Prior barista and supervisor experience required.
