About the role

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks throughout the shift, adapting to the needs of the store.

• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and safety procedures (reasonable accommodations available).
• Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
