Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Follow store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Engage with customers, discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders, adjusting temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions as needed.
• Perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Compliance with store operating policies, quality standards, cash handling, and safety/security procedures.
• Capability to engage with customers and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout each shift.
