About the role

A day in the life of a barista includes preparing and serving beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items following all recipe standards
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, and drink preparation
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and stock work

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule
• Possess a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred

Pay

Pay range: $17.25 - $17.95 hourly. Offers are dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
