About the role

A day in the life of a barista includes preparing and serving beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and handling of food items.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items following all recipe standards
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, and drink preparation
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and food handling

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
• 1+ year of experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)

Pay

Pay range: $16.50 - $17.20 hourly. Offers may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
