About the Role

This position contributes to the success of Ralph Lauren Coffee by providing exceptional customer service to exceed customers' expectations. The role is vital to our company's success by ensuring customers receive prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean, comfortable store environment. All team members are expected to model and act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders, process cash and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and customer requests.
• Serve prepared foods and pastries.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds expectations by responding to needs with urgency.
• Multitask and remain calm during high-volume periods to maintain store standards and set a positive example.
• Maintain store appearance by ensuring products are stocked, and all areas are cleaned and sanitized.
• Keep equipment operating by following instructions.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the store manager regarding store, employee, and customer needs.
• Share customer feedback with managers and recommend new menu items.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Ensure regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a barista or in a related position.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.

Pay

Salary range: $15 - $21.13 hourly.
