The Inn offers a variety of authentic Cape Cod experiences, including private cabana rentals, an oceanfront pool, and supervised Kids Crew sessions. The nearby Chatham Bars Inn Farm provides fresh produce for the resort's restaurants and hosts weekly farm-to-table dinners.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

  • Prepare and present coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and consistent quality.
  • Deliver intuitive, personalized service by engaging guests professionally and anticipating needs.
  • Handle and prepare light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and breakfast offerings.
  • Maintain a pristine and inviting café environment, ensuring all service areas, equipment, and guest-facing spaces meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and discretion, handling all transactions in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality by ensuring freshness, proper storage, and adherence to established recipes and standards.
  • Aid in inventory management, including tracking usage, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to leadership.
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, maintaining compliance with resort and regulatory standards.
  • Support seamless daily operations by executing opening and closing procedures with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Maintain and care for all coffee equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, and reporting any maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and elevated guest experience across the resort.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a luxury café, hotel, or high-end food & beverage environment preferred.
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining composure.
  • Basic math skills and experience handling financial transactions.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation

$20.00 / hr $20.00 / hr
