About the role
Full-time Barista position preparing and serving coffee, espresso, and related food and beverage items in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Make and serve beverages following recipes and standards
- Handle food according to HACCP guidelines
- Interact courteously with customers
- Process orders accurately via POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work area
- Ensure proper presentation and serving temperatures
- Assist customers with menu information and selling techniques
- Replenish supplies and ensure display attractiveness
- Relay customer concerns to management
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
- Good customer service skills
- Must be able to perform duties satisfactorily with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
