BARISTA (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Healthcare is seeking a full-time BARISTA at our location at 1201 Pleasant Valley Road, Owensboro, KY 42303. Online applications are accepted.
Responsibilities
- Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
- Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
- Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
- Maintains a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines.
- Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.
- Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process.
- Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.
Requirements
One year of prior barista experience preferred.

Pay
$13.50 per hour to $18.50 per hour.
Schedule
Full time schedule; Days may vary, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM. Shifts may vary. More details upon interview.
