Barista (Full-Time and Part-Time)

About the role

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items in a friendly, courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare espresso orders.
• Enter orders into POS system and accept payments.
• Replenish supplies and ensure proper food presentation and temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, following HACCP standards.
• Greet customers, provide excellent service, and explain menu items.
• Promote sales through effective communication.
• Keep display and serving areas attractive and orderly.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience preferred but training is available.
• Ability to perform essential functions and follow food safety standards.
• Effective communication skills.
