Barista (Full-Time and Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Barista to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food items in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare orders, operate POS systems, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper food presentation and temperature following HACCP standards.
• Assist customers with menu items, promote sales, and handle payments efficiently.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of equipment and work areas, and ensure attractive food display.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and relay feedback to supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support service excellence.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred; barista experience is a plus but training is available.
• Friendly, efficient, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
