BARISTA (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is seeking immediate full-time and part-time BARISTA positions at our location at 1350 Walton Way, Augusta, GA 30901. Online applications are accepted only. Schedules are flexible, including mornings, evenings, and holidays. Previous barista experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Maintains a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision-making process.
• Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous barista experience required.

Pay

$15.00 per hour

Schedule

Full time and part time schedules available, Monday through Friday, hours may vary.

Skills

Attention to detail, customer service skills, ability to follow recipes and standards, and strong organizational skills are essential.
