Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food items following quality and safety standards. Engage courteously with customers, ensuring satisfaction and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
• Replenish supplies and ensure proper food presentation
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines
• Demonstrate product knowledge and promote menu items
• Assist customers in making informed choices
• Perform other assigned duties to support team operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in barista and customer service roles
• Ability to work quickly, courteously, and efficiently
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow recipes, safety, and sanitation standards
