Barista - Earn up to $21/hr!*

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our space clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Better Buzz was founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart. We roast our own organic, fair trade, and rainforest-certified coffee weekly! We’re serious about quality, connection, and having a blast while doing it.
