The Barista Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operation of the campus CoxHealth espresso bar operation, including directing, training, evaluating, and coordinating staff to accomplish all daily tasks such as preparation of products, labor, and inventory management of the CoxHealth espresso bar locations, while acting in accordance with the Missouri Food Code.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train, evaluate, and coordinate espresso bar staff
• Oversee preparation of products
• Manage labor and scheduling
• Manage inventory for espresso bar locations
• Ensure compliance with Missouri Food Code for all processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• 2 years experience in food services, or previous barista or leadership experience (preferred)

Qualifications

• Basic reading and writing skills and ability to do simple math
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as a team player
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to move quickly
• Excellent customer service skills

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Day shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Location: CoxHealth Center Branson, 890 Hwy 248, Branson, MO 65616. Department: 1810 Primrose Perk Branson.
