Clerks Coffee Company is airy and vibrant—timeless with a hint of nostalgia, buzzing and social with an underlying warmth. We seek caffeine lovers and connoisseurs who are knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and take pride in crafting the perfect beverage for every guest. Your primary role will be delivering impeccable product and educating our customers on our offerings while making recommendations based on their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards to elevate each guest experience
• Stay efficient, clean, and organized while multitasking and adhering to operational standards
• Maintain mindful and professional verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other drink recipes
• Proactive and thoughtful nature with a professional demeanor
• Strong customer service skills and familiarity with brewing equipment operation
