Barista/Cashier

We’re searching for a Barista/Cashier to join our Parkhurst Dining team at Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, a family-owned company with deep roots and a shared purpose: “to Create a Smile.” You’ll serve quality food and beverages in a friendly, values-driven environment where you can learn, grow, and build lifelong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Brew Barista coffee and flavor-of-the-day coffee.
• Prepare specialty drinks to order following Parkhurst recipes.
• Price and stock all grab-and-go items.
• Adhere to all cash-handling procedures.
• Keep coffee bean bins fully stocked at all times.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Merchandise the area using Barista signage and approved materials.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and use “clean-as-you-go” techniques.
• Maintain open communication with management regarding product and supply needs.
• Comply with the uniform dress code and personal-hygiene standards.
• Uphold all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist fellow team members whenever needed.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
