Barista/Cashier

About the role

Crew members prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment. They greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept, process credit and debit card transactions, make change, and comply with cash handling and loss prevention procedures. They are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products, making recommendations to guests and addressing potential food allergens.

Responsibilities

• Greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of entering the concept.
• Process credit and debit card transactions, make change, and comply with cash handling and loss prevention standard operating procedures.
• Show knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioning about potential food allergens.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations and ability to use point-of-sale systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment preferred.
