Principle Accountabilities
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and simple to elaborate options
- Preparing and serving food items
- Promoting menu selections
- Answering customer questions
- Keeping the work environment organized and sanitary
- Working to attract new customers with their knowledge of fresh baker items
Qualifications
- SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Persons working in the café must be able to work with other staff members, lead workers and supervisors on the team.
- Basic Math Skills
- Able to push/lift up to 25 lbs.
- Able to stand for at least 6 hours per day
- Able to work a flexible work schedule to include Saturdays
