About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service by preparing and serving coffee and light meals in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and light meals to customers.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are clean and in good working order.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a fast-paced service environment preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
