We’re now offering a $500 sign-on bonus for all new employees hired into this role between February 10, 2026 and September 30, 2026. (50% paid after 30 days of employment, 50% paid after 6 months of employment)

Key Purpose

Welcome all guests and make them feel happy they came. Let them know you are here to make that perfect beverage for them. Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas. Serve ready-to-eat foods such as pastries, muffins, biscotti, and bagels at breakfast and sandwiches and salads at lunch. Always serve guests with a caring and happy attitude.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to all shifts
• Wear proper uniform including non-slip shoes and name tag
• Maintain professional appearance
• Provide outstanding hospitality
• Ask for help when needed
• Properly set up all equipment needed
• Clean and sanitize work and service areas
• Prepare station to execute guest service and satisfaction
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas
• Order, receive, or stock supplies or retail products
• Operate cash register and be familiar with self-service kiosks
• Maintain product inventory to established levels
• Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate product
• Smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome
• Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
• Display merchandise in an attractive manner
• Weigh, grind, or pack coffee beans for customers
• Stock, clean, and organize coolers in an attractive manner
• Label and display signs for all items
• Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
• Participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns
• Other duties as assigned
