Job Summary

Common Man Roadside Market & Deli is hiring Baristas for their Epsom store, located at the Epsom traffic circle on Routes 4 & 28. This is a fun, fast-paced location seeking friendly and knowledgeable employees who can assist with food and drink orders, prepare beverages, bake and serve pastries, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests
• Place orders for food and drinks
• Prepare hot and cold beverages in the café
• Bake and serve fresh pastries
• Help with expo food orders
• Keep the front of the house clean and stocked

Requirements

• Open availability and flexibility with scheduling desired
• Weekends needed for this position

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary, training provided
