Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers in line with recipe and presentation standards
• Support store procedures, including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security
• Assist fellow partners during high-volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly
• Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers
• Deliver legendary customer service by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and creating genuine connections
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners

• No previous experience needed—just a passion for bringing joy to customers
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
